Sustainably harvested, raw honey from Happy Organics' family bee farm in Merced, CA where the bees dine on lush gardens of flowers and citrus trees; and specifically for this honey - orange blossoms! The hives forage on orange blossoms to get a sweet honey with a light yellow color.
The honey is not heated, processed or filtered to keep the existing beneficial enzymes which have medicinal properties. Raw honey is considered a super food as it naturally contains floral essence, pollen, propolis, and wax.
At Happy Organics, honey is only harvested when it is necessary and beneficial to their hives at which point a frame or two are removed to collect the excess honey.

**Our honey is not certified organic. There are a few reasons for this. The main one is that bees can forage up to 3-5 miles from their hives. We have no control over where they get nectar and pollen.
